December 2, 1880 – June 15, 1957 Originally from Quebec, Robert Henry Otley Gale served as Vancouver mayor for 1918-21. Mayor Gale’s greatest achievement was promoting the recognition of Vancouver as a major western port. Raised: 1919/12/16 Vancouver Lodge No. 68
