Other than one erroneous reference to George Bush, Freemasonry plays no rôle in this movie. The index to a conspiracy theory newsletter lists four articles: “The truth about UFOs”, “The space shuttle’s seismic secret,” “The Oliver Stone-George Bush connection” and “Alien faces on mars.” Hanging on Mel Gibson’s apartment wall is a newspaper clipping about the Trilateral Commission.
